by Freeyad Ibrahim
I like the poor
Because myself was once poor
No bread
No water
Poor in Purse
Fled
became worse
Yet, I am still alive
Deathless
The poor are generally hated
Unwanted
Disgusted
In the society
Powerless
If a man becomes poor,
his relatives cut him off
his trusted person accuses him,
mistrusts him
abandons him
Causeless
There is no trait that is praiseworthy
for the rich
But that it is condemnation
for the poor
Defenseless
If he is generous,
he is called a waster
If he is gentle,
he will be called weak
If he is brave,
he would be said to be
Reckless
