修炼

青山对面勒崖马
浊酒三杯不倒翁
寡欲清心闻鸟语
修身养性点明灯

Opposite side of the green mountain
a horse reined in the brink of the precipice
Three cups of the turbid wine
a tumbler

Cleanse my heart and limit my desires
I listening to the birdsongs
I lighting a light
Behave properly to improve my character
