修煉心得

閱罷紅塵，才曉微觀皆宇宙
看穿俗累，從來淡泊是人生
事無頻率，數花讀月觀星座
心有餘暇，煮酒烹茶養性情


Practice And Experience

I read the red dust
just knew all the microcosms were universe
I saw through the vulgarity
always indifference was life

Things no frequency
counting flowers and reading moon
I watched stars
Cooking wine and tea
I fostered temperament
my heart was in leisure time
