Presence >>> Poem by Manonton Dalan

Presence >>>

I hunker against
a mighty cold air
my face turning red
but I have to, door
is close, am waiting
next time I 'll bring
my umbrella and heater

I felt my lips crack
my eyes begun to tear
my fingers shrink in pain
I run to my car to get
warm, I started engine
what a relief, I sigh
winter has just begun
