Pride Of Middle Age
We take credit
for our successes.
We become self-righteous.
But God praises us
for our faithfulness
and not for taking
credit for our successes
and talk with pride.

We become self-righteous. But Godpraises us for our faithfulness and not for taking credit for our successes and talk with pride......so touching and true. A beautiful poem is well executed.10
