A decision maker often undergoes
Certain mental pressure and tensions;
The people very close to him or her
Are able to understand the problems
He or she faces, and they soon get involved
To mitigate the tensions or solve the problems totally.
But if the reasons of the tensions belong to
The people very close to him or her,
They have moral obligation to sense it and find
Amicable solutions themselves to make everyone relaxed.
