Puddles And The Crab Poem by David Darbyshire

Puddles And The Crab

Rating: 2.8

Puddles would Hunt
On the ocean Front
Ears and Nose up! , eye's open Wide
There was nothing that could Hide

Movement in the Sand
Head up, looking Grand
It's a little Crab
She would try and Grab

Puddles don't expose your Nose
Cause the little Crab Knows
How to Grab on Tight
Puddles wasn't so Bright

But there was not any Doubt
With a Crab hanging from Her Snout
That her pups she would Teach
About the perils on the Beach

i don't know who voted a 5 or less but they were wrong. this poem has a good message and it's sounds so young and inviting. i feel like i'm on martha's vineyard when i read it. (martha's vineyard is an adorable little island off the coast if massachusetts USA) 10!
