Pure Delight And Gladness Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Pure Delight And Gladness

J-ust after the night is over,
O-ne new morn has broken;
S-hadows have disappeared,
E-ndorsing light in the open.
P-ouring rain has stopped,
H-owling wind turns silent;
I-nclement weather is gone,
N-othing can hinder the big
E-vent.

G-ray haze has just faded;
A-s the mist does the same;
R-ed sky seems to stay as is,
C-rimson sun burns its flame.
I-n the wide lanes up high are clouds color white;
A-bove the green meadow the rays are shining bright.

M-arch nineteenth is fair,
O-nly for the huge occasion;
R-ough ocean becomes smooth,
A-ll because of celebration.
L-onely evening is no more,
E-arly breeze brings freshness;
S-ad situation is covered with pure delight and gladness.
