P-ure heart of a mother
U-ses complete care and love;
R-igorous attention to her child
I-s inspired by God above.
T-he pure heart of a mother is filled with much concern;
A-lthough life is difficult, to her living is easy to learn.

A-pril fourth early Tuesday,
S-he does the daily routine;
U-nderneath the blue sky,
N-o way will she ever complain.
C-omfort for the family
I-s always and forever;
O-ne daughter or son
N-eeds the pure heart of a mother.
