Questions & Answers - Poem by Rhoda Mohamud

If you asked me
Who I wanted to be

I wouldn’t know what to say
Cause I can’t find the way

To be my self
Just being me and no one else

If you asked me
Where I wanted to go

I wouldn’t know
Cause unlike every one else

I don’t have a map
To guide my way

How I’m I suppose to know
Just where to go

And Who I am
If I can’t fly out on my own

So tell me
How can I ever find my answers?

If I can’t even ask the questions
