Raindrops Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

Raindrops

Rating: 5.0

Raindrops on the windowpane
Reminding me of sorrows
Gathering and growing heavy
Streaming down in rows

Blurring the view beyond
Continuing to sadden the day
Enveloping and closing in
Draining until clouds go away

Fading with no visible trace
Lifting into a peaceful sky
Rays of sun slowly break through
Bolstering with a hopeful sigh

As usual, you provide a worthwhile meditation and leave us with a hopeful sign.
