hopes dreams
annihilation crushed
lifeless no disguise
look into your eyes
sightless blind
are ghostly hollow
fall broken dreams
ambitions are reef jagged
rocks past despair
question is after rock
bottom will you wake rise
rebirth defeat despair

Without the fall, there is no getting back up. Is this why we often think back to the struggles and failures of the past with nostalgic positivity? Brilliant, Terence.
I wrote the poems 'Struggles Failure The Fall: Before Possibility Road To Recovery' and 'It Is Never About The Fall', inspired by my reply to a comment on my poem 'Rebirth Defeat Despair', made by the poet M.J. Lemon and dedicated to M.J. Lemon.
I wrote the split images 'Struggles Failures: Success Sown In Abilities: Determination Sustained' and 'Success Born In Struggles Defeat Is Bitter Sweat', inspired by my reply to a comment on my poem 'Rebirth Defeat Despair', made by the poet M.J. Lemon and dedicated to M.J. Lemon.
p4the road from adversity to prosperity can be a hard road to survive follow/ to have enough a small surplus enough each day/ is a luxury back breaking hardship real poverty would desperation plea believe a miracle to gain
p3but did they believe did they dare to rise/ success can be born in success/ success can for some even be easy effortless/ but success born in struggles defeat is bitter sweat/ lessons in struggle failure can be training for lessons leading to success/
p2to rise to stand to grasp to walk/ into any possibilities we can make create/ it is not about struggles failures/ many of the greatest minds athletes artists explorers/ business people ordinary people failed/ at some point in their lives/ even multiple times in their lives/
p1in the end it is not about the fall/ why we fall how far we fall/ it is about survival recovery/ who will help us support us/ on possibility a distant road to recovery/ if there is no help can we help ourselves/ if no one will believe in us help us/ can we alone muster faith hope determination/
