近舍啼声惊晓梦
远村吠犬忆前情
五更追月耙柴草
长夜孤灯书纵横


Recalled The Past At The Spring Dawn


In the neighbor cottage a crying
scared my dream at dawn
In the far village a barking dog
recalled my antecedent feelings
Pursued moon just before dawn
we raked firewood
A single light in the long evening
in length and breadth reading
