Red Sunset Flowers Poem by Evelyn Judy Buehler

Red Sunset Flowers

Rating: 5.0

The blooming fields are so scarlet,
As if the sunset skies have fallen,
In pale silvery moonlight of velvet,
When the winking stars are calling!

Birdsong thrills this fragrant hush,
Dusk's gone red through and through;
And in the midst of this ruby flush,
All of a sudden, I am no longer blue.
