Reflections Poem by Oluwafemi Oladunni

Reflections

Rating: 5.0

Upon a glim of it I slide
Looking backward not to wide
Take hold of it on every side
Picking everything like a glaze

Step by step on my oasis I lay
Like a mirror its all glint
Tick tackit all sound
Not so pleasant to the hear

Leaving no part for the past hurt
Rewriting the mistakes at all cost
Like a waive it all fade
Smile to the future that's shine so bright

As an eagle I did fly
Aiming higher to fight for the top
Making moves to stand tall
Avoiding distraction on every side.
