'Regular Night. Poem by Dislocated Heart

'Regular Night.

You got me hungover,
last night was a disaster,
my shirt no where to be found,
your bra is somewhere on the ground.

Cups and drinks spilling all over,
You tossed a bottle in the trash and said 'lets start over.'
I haven't denied,
nor accepted.

My heart set a higher standard,
You got me circling,
I think I'm falling.
Candy in my pockets,
I think I've been drugged.

My car is busted up,
heels in my rear view mirror,
friends puking up a storm,
a condom wrapper on the floor.

What else is in store.

I'll look left and right,
through the chaos and fights,
that we've been through tonight..
I looked into your eyes..
I knew everything was alright..

That was my night.
