Remembering Marilyn Poem by Theodora (Theo) Onken

Remembering Marilyn

Rating: 5.0

Some Liked It Hot
On the set
With Marilyn;
Her sultry
Heavy-lidded eyes
Radiating
Come hither looks;
Her breathless
Whisper of a voice
Still resonates
Yesterdays
Echos in
Madison Square Gardens:
'Happy Birthday Mr. President'
It was to be
Her last song;
