Remotecalls To Meet Poem by Rajendran Muthiah

Remotecalls To Meet

Rating: 5.0

If you cancel your tryst with me you'll forfeit,
my strong, stable, heartful love to you dear.
I call you tomy fancy words straight
into your heart to swear my crush and cheer.

I swilled your mind with thoughts so fair
and you filled my ears with delights of your tongue.
The drink I told, had driven you to despair
and you threw me out with the farewell anthem sung.

I foreswore that I wouldn't see you again
but kept not my word, as I was in your spell.
In sharing news and views, you weren't plain
and we both reined not our passions which did swell.

Love isnotlove that at the first hurdle falls.
Beforebreathing last, both to meet, love makes calls.
