Resolving Self Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Resolving Self

Singly moving beyond life while others look on,
not noticing the signs of aging debilitation.
Slipping past other's sight into an oblivion of
my own.
Coasting along imagination's highways, freely
floating wherever I want to in my mind, no one
to deal with.
Creating unmeddlesome barriers to keep others
at a distance, giving me time to resolve myself
and the talent God has bestowed upon me gracefully.
