I was born in a romantic village
Two sides are river surrounded,
So long and so wide the village
After my birth much I heard,
Then I began to love
And began to love.

A great compact write that captures a beautiful and great village bounded by the seductive curves of rivers.10
Really it is a great poem, now it is in my list, thanks for sharing
Syllabic verse. Poetry whose meter is determined by the total number of syllables per line, rather than the number of stresses. Marianne Moore's poetry is mostly syllabic. So your one is great, thanks for sharing
