Rhythm's Healing Aspects Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Running with rhythms as they chase each other in and out
of this mind, energizing every fiber, synapse and neuron
as notes, tempos and beats travel through this being.

Having the time of this life, giving away fear, doubts,
sadness and sorrow, letting it flow gently into the at-
mosphere away from me interiorly.

At the same time everything else is being taken into
realms of another place, succinctly moving into rhythms
of melodies.

Watching interior moods soar higher into beauty of life
and wonder of it's use through music, placing trust in
the genuine taste of rhythms and it's healing aspects.
