River Is My Church Poem by Freni Karaluthara

River Is My Church

Rating: 4.4

I am still on your banks;
a hermit contemplating-
on your little waves, its silent music,
the treasures of your heart, your beauty.
I can hear your song,
as enter your waters.
In you I reconcile with this Nature
and wash away the dirt of soul and body.
In you I feel in my life,
the embracing love of this nature's God.
In you in the waters of salvation,
I will be floated away at the end.
