Run Poem by Michael Chau

Run

Rating: 5.0

Run away! Run away! The creature's behind me.
It's huge and reckless can't you see.
I have to get out before it gets me.
This hidious thing is moving like crazy.
It's getting closer with every step.
Soon there will be no more steps left.
All I have to do is run away.
If I hurry and hide, I will be okay.
Oh no! The creature is almost here.
Soon the world will tremble in fear.
With eyes red and as hot as the sun.
Just staring at them will make you want to run.
You hear it's screech like a siren wail.
The sound of it will make you pale.
The sight of her face will give you the chills.
My sister's mad again, head for the hills! ! !
