Say I Am Growing Old But Add... Poem by Dónall Dempsey

Say I Am Growing Old But Add...

Rating: 2.4

Through the open window
the rain falls upon the wallpaper

bringing to life the paper roses

as Caruso sings
like a ghost through time

swimming through the black wax
against the Past’s scratches and hisses

the white white curtains
dancing wildly in the wind

the beginning of the storm

and then

...you kissed me.
