Seduction
Playful sun-rays glimmering in multitudes of stars
Upon the limpid-turquoise surface of the water
Dancing, and enticing the contemplative eyes
To join the tidal dance of fluidity:
Pirouettes of a graceful ballet for the human soul!
Fusion of light and water, rapture and sensuality,
Inducing reveries of ecstatic pleasures
In an hypnotic state of consciousness,
Transcending realms of celestial beauty: —
O the glorious golden cupola of sunrays!
Diffusing light and caressing the senses
With a divine enchantment and splendour,
Upon which the human soul, is attaining
The Golden Gates of the Universe!
The ancient inert witnesses—the statuesque cliffs:
The constant spectators of the erotic lovemaking
Between the Sun and the Sea: the eternal lovers
In their mysterious love-affair: the seducers
Of the human spirit in the creation of beauty!
The deep, aquatic uterus of the Sea,
Welcoming the erect Sun's ray,
Merging in sensual undulations,
And perpetuating an everlasting ecstasy,
In the eternal Dance of the Elements!
