My heart requires a proper love,
a special love to go over and above.
A proper love I had never,
yet when I do I will cherish that love forever and ever.

I want someone to love me for me,
not for what they wish I could be,
to allow me to be myself,
honestly that there is the actual key.

Your heart actually begins to ache
when you have no one,
when given the chance,
by being with me you will then see your life will
become total fun,
but until then my heart is subject to be
left on the run.

Soon enough I will find this proper love
I have been looking for,
for this is a decent love is what I truly want,
I will tell yah,
I'm getting very tired of being on such a constant hunt.
