Seen (-To Perceive-With The Eyes-) Poem by Smoky Hoss

Seen (-To Perceive-With The Eyes-)

the chicken
by the fence
lays one white egg

the fox
at woods edge
watches with keen observations

the moon
full upon midnight
shows where everything is

the egg
inside the fox
moves, out of sight

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
- just experimenting a little with Imagist-style of poetry -
- any dissecting or analyzing of it is appreciated for its constructive value; that is I am trying to learn much more on the different styles of poetry... thank you.
Smoky.

I love it. Made me smile. Not familiar with the style but I like it.

imagism is something modern...instead of describing something in detail, poets use suggestive stunning images...indicative of their vision of the world...this unpunctuated piece with flowing verses is also like that...
