Self-Harm
I harm myself,
because it makes me calm,
I cut myself,
to suppress the feelings within,
I let it bleed,
to hope my pain goes with it.
That's no way a good idea! Next time you feel about doing it write yr feeling out in a poem or dance to a favorite song That's what I do
