Serenade Poem by Akhtar Jawad

Serenade

Come here, if you are sleepy,
The lake of love is at all not steep,
Look into it a full moon is bathing.

Come to me if you are silky,
The lake of love is not too deep,
In it only silvery fishes are swimming.

Come to me if you are crazy,
The lake of love cannot sleep,
Until it sees in it silky diving.

Come to me you're still rosy,
The lake of love wants to creep,
Won't you enjoy its sand pasting?
