Serenity Poem by Varsha M

Serenity

Rating: 5.0

Clothed in shade so simple
Stood there like a beggar
Who need no importance.

Quietly she helped me
When I couldn't stand.

Oh! That sweet voice, I hear
Amidst crowd that's riding over
To embrace my maiden glamorous look.

But she remained afar
With just silent glare.

Money and fame is just game
Respecting others is number one
Even though I be ignored, I'm fine.

Such is her integral element
Though most of us ignore it.

Serene is not just another silence
It's a call of phlegmatic over sanguine
Who remains humble balancing at center of mass.
