Qi Jue: Legends of the Fragrant River
Poem Dedicated to Ms. Momo Cheng and Captain Yau Siu-ming
-by Seven Moon Star
-Translated by Frank C Yue
Certain death the middle-aged mother is facing;
To save a stranger's life the selfless young woman
Two-thirds of her liver willingly sacrificing.
Trying to save a hiker, the brave fireman did fall;
Grieving, the people bid him a fond, teary farewell.
In the world the Fragrant City stands proud and tall.
