Shangri La Poem by Ruta Mohapatra

Shangri La

Come heal my heart
It is shaken, bruised, broken

Play that soft music
That lingers on the flowing brooks

Send that soft fragrance
From the forest with the breeze

Paint the sky that lovely blue
And the soft pink of sunset

Spread a soft green carpet of grass
For me to lie and watch the clouds pass

Oh Magician, heal me with your magic
That only you know how to weave
