Shaterred Poem by Sandra Feldman

Shaterred

Rating: 5.0

Absence,
Can be quite horrific,
Those you've loved
You don't forget
Deep inside,
The pain,
Flows with you,
Molten lava,
Burning, memories
Always carry
Some regret.

No, we cannot
Close the window
To sad memories
Of the past
Those you've loved
Always are with you
Time does not heal
Broken glass.
