Shes Just A Girl Poem by Janelle Morehart

Shes Just A Girl

Pitch black out
Stars glimmer softly
Sword drawn
Dark blood drips from the blade
A girl stands there
No older than 14
Some say shes a monster
Some say a hero
But what is she really?
A young girl
Hurt and lost
Taking it out upon the world
But refuses to hurt the innocent
So she kills the guilty
But does that make it any better?
Shes just a girl
Just a poor child
Yet shes a murder machine
