Shining In The Meadow Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Shining In The Meadow

J-ust open both your eyes,
E-arly in the morning light;
S-aturday sun starts to rise,
S-miling after Friday night.
I-n tenth of December,
C-old chill passes by;
A-s you wake from slumber, clouds get white in the sky.

A-nother dawn has broken
B-ecause the dusk fades away;
A-ll shadows have vanished,
L-osing their lair to the ray.
E-ver beautiful day
L-ets your heart gladly glow;
E-ach dewdrop is like diamond shining in the meadow.
