'Shiny Diamonds And Street Lights' - Poem by Samer Zakzok

the shiny stars fill up the midnight blue...
the smell of roses in the wind...
the sound of smooth lounge music playing...
laid back in the car, no seat belts strapped...
sitting on top of the highest mountain...
looking down at the glowing city lights...
staring at diamonds, that are staring back...
the soft touch of her hand...
the smile that shines in my face...
the sun when it rises and sets slowly...
the color red on her creating lust...
every expression to every mood...
If I lose the heart I hold, I will be lost...
so 'held' is not what my mouth speaks...
I want you in my life, my life...
I want you in my world, my world...
my feelings for you, not able to be explained or described...
your too much, your just...
more than too much...
Beauty is love and love is beautiful...
