Signs, Signs- Everywhere A Sign Poem by Theodora (Theo) Onken

Signs, Signs- Everywhere A Sign

Rating: 5.0

It was in the first breath of morning
Where sunrises fingers shown upon my face
With a glistening of dew upon the meadows green
That HE filled my days with heavenly grace.

It was in a locked garden of shadows
Where the verdant leaf had blown
With dancing Fireflies mirrored across the pond
That, at last, carried me home.

It was in the unbroken wings of 'hope'
Near the white clouds of infinity
That my hunger and thirst called out for an answer
At last- A promise of 'Life's Sublime Eternity'.
