Silence - Poem by Rimbus Shrestha

Silence is the rest of the mind,
like a baby when he sleeps.
It is our refreshment,
when our human society needs.
We need to adore it, keep it with you,
We need to use it, when we need to.

Silence is a tool that brings freedom,
it's non-violence pro-tool but we don't use um.
It is a true friend that never betrays,
that - will always be there in your brain.
Use them; it is a source of great strength.
Don't use them; you will die without last breath.
