Silent Embers Poem by Sandra Feldman

Silent Embers

Rating: 4.5

Oh, my heart is tinged with Silence,
Absence fonder does not grow,
Looking for you in my darkness,
Where you are, I do not know,
All I know is that without you,
Life has lost its vital glow,
And the Embers of this Silence,
Burn more than you'll ever know.

Potent stuff, it might seem that the loss of someone important can kill once identity but in time we can find other people and grow from their love, but the passion ignited by that person can lead to once heart burning like a sun. Sweet message
