Silent Words

Rating: 5.0

YOU YOUNG GAL
is so young.
I can only offer you my nimble fingers...

a heart of gold you already have...
To you I see so many are sold
a ''swayamvar''...
you may have to hold

call me
I will be judge
my young bird
for thee oldie that I be
granpally may be...

O speak not poet
have you not read me yet
Speak not
okay but read me yes
no
not, not

Once I came across a poet
who was very negative
He said

What is
is not
what is not
is not
what we have is not
what we have not
is not
so he went about in knots

Then finally
I told him
SPEAK NOT
COZ WHAT YOU SPEAK
IS NAUGHT

HE silenced but added

Silence me not
