now if the City Planner
sits down at the table
with the six heads of small businesses
to configure a wall of security and beautification
enhancing tourism into the town
and thru the town
with one of the small businesses as an Architecture Firm
and you as the Project Manager
where do you start in the initial phase of the Project let's call it Project Luxury?
