Fill your soul with love.
Forget and forgive.
Smile always from your depths.

I guess all those things negative things that touch a troubled soul such as resentment, anger, jealousy, are gifts to challenge ones spirit to eventually overcome and to evolve into something beautiful such as love and forgiveness. Thank you Tony for your wisdom and beautiful poems.
