Solitude Poem by Sally Plumb Plumb

Solitude

Rating: 5.0

Snow of solitude
and silver white,
sunlight yellow pale
in a silent sky,
drift together,
weather tied
and cold
as the old year stills
and purifies its soul.

the musicality in this poem is amazing... and indeed there is something purifying when snow blankets the earth.....

Poetic eloquence in a perfect dose from a small bottle. Much enjoyed Steve
