Solitude Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

Solitude

There is a thaw in the cool air
Rings of smoke veer towards
The void. Scribbled lines are
Illegible, from a mind deeply
Paranoid.

Varied sounds of earth are not
Heard and the sun seems to be
Brimming with ice. Relationship
Is sold to the heartless without
Quoting a price.

The wave of hair dances across
The nape and spills fragrance of
A fresh rose. A thought wells up
In mind and silently on paper to
A lover goes.

This is a poem that has information that the writer can explain much better than the reader. I have not clear what is the real situation here. It seems to refer to something important or quite serious and though I get some lines, I`m lost in the middle of it all.
