chup chap rehna
ek udaasi ka sanskaar hai
jo dukh deta rehta hai

kisi se tum boltay nahin
shabdoN se hut kar baith jaatay ho
shabdoN se vichaar bun nahi paatay
aur vichaaroN k bina khawaab na dekhtay ho

jaagaty rehtay ho, khaali zehn main rehtay ho
udaasi aur udaasi le aati hai aur
saagar k beech chakkar lagatay rehtay ho

aur ye tumain sakoon bhi bukhshta hai
