Solitudes Of Sundays Poem by Dorothy (Alves) Holmes

Solitudes Of Sundays

Rating: 5.0

Another sunday and it's raining...
9: 32 p.m.
A black and white old movie
keeps me company...
'1948 The Naked City'...
Your telephone is busy -
They shoot the bad guy,
He plunges to his death...
I plunge into my solitude.
