Some Of The Best Things In Life Poem by Francis Duggan

Some Of The Best Things In Life

Some of the best things in life to view are free
Even in the City parks there is beauty to see
Where the birds chirp and whistle on bushes and trees
The sound of their music is blowing in the breeze
Even to industrial areas Nature lives near
Among the noise of machinery the birds one does hear
Near the streets where the buses and cars and trucks drive up and down
Wildlife resides in the parks of the big town
To enjoy Nature's beauty you do not have to pay
From wherever you live it is not far away
Even near where the noise of human progress is rife
The big city parks are home to wildlife.
