Something Old, Someone Blue - Poem by Scarborough Gypsy

I’m getting old, old and tired,
Gone are the days when I felt inspired,
Loneliness is seeping in,
Oozing through my ageing skin,
Someone love me, let me in,
My soul is lost deep within,
How on Earth can I compete,
I’ll give up now and face defeat.

    Short but too sad.
Are you ready for an age trade?
