Song Of A Shooting Star(To The Band, Train) Poem by LeeAnn Azzopardi

Song Of A Shooting Star(To The Band, Train)

Rating: 5.0

Did you come on a shooting star?
Or are you from the heavens?
Because I think of you as perfection
I never believed I could find
Someone like you
For my life isn't an exciting venture
It's very plain
Only my fantasies are vivid
Like yr eyes
That sparkle in my dreams
Perhaps, you're not from this planet
That is only plain foolishness, I know
But you're everything I want--
And nothing less

Whether love is heaven sent or earthly bound, belief is in the asking then not being afraid to take! Music and love are the poetry of life!
