Songzhuang Village Poem by Luo Zhihai

Songzhuang Village

★ Songzhuang Village - first poem of 'Inside and Outside of Songzhuang Village'

☆ Poetry by Du Qing [China]
☆ Translation by Luo Zhihai [China]

Several blue-grass-flowers here and there, in the suburbs of Beijing
Smoking, coated canvas, behavior focused

Flowers abloom and fade, women said
Make sure not to increase a poor bird again

When I withdrew away to my hometown, they cried
That night, moths flapping wings still around a light
